You have the asset. Or the capital. Or the company that should already be operating in the Gulf. What you don't have is the structure that makes it bankable, the room where it gets decided, and the person who will sit across the table until it is signed.
That is the job. It has been my job since 2010, across the US, Canada, the UAE, India and Africa, through eleven sectors and 191 deal files.

When a Dubai developer needed one desk to sell two towers worth USD 1B, my firm won the exclusive.
