- Principals, founders, investors and operators only. Every application is reviewed.
- Give before you ask. Answer one thread before you post your own.
- No investment offers or solicitation. The board is for partnerships, distribution, joint ventures and sales.
- What is said in the room stays in the room. Screenshots of member posts are not shared outside.
- Introductions are requested, never promised. The person introduced decides.
- No cold pitching members in private messages. One warning, then removal.

Yes. The Deal Room is free for approved members. The Desk Room, the paid inner circle, is USD 197 a month or USD 1,970 a year, and you can move up whenever you want more of my time.
Who gets in?
Founders, business owners, investors, family office staff, executives and dealmakers with real work in the US, Canada, the UAE, India or Africa. Applications are reviewed by my desk within three working days.
Will I get funding or introductions to investors?
Not by joining. The Deal Room does not offer or solicit investments, and nothing inside it is a promise of funding, a deal or an introduction. Capital introductions happen only under a written Network King or advisory mandate.
What is the difference between The Deal Room and The Desk Room?
The Deal Room is the open private community. The Desk Room adds a monthly live deal session with hot seats, member deal reviews, first access to events and 20% member pricing on workshops.
Where does the community live?
The Deal Room is open in three places: the private members area at members.adnanferoz.com, a private LinkedIn group and a private Facebook group. The Desk Room, the paid inner circle, lives only in the members area, on the web and in the mobile app. Posts are never public.
