1. Information only

Everything on this site is general information about Adnan Feroz's work. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice, it is not a securities offering, and it is not a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Deal figures are stated as reported to the Desk at the time and may change.

2. Calls and engagements

A paid call booked through the site is a consultation only. It does not create an advisory, agency or fiduciary relationship. Advisory work begins only under a signed engagement letter, which governs that work. Prices, scheduling and any refund terms are shown at checkout and in the engagement letter. Payments are processed by Stripe.

3. Introductions

Introductions are made at the Desk's discretion and depend on fit and on both sides' consent. Any commercial arrangement for an introduction is agreed in writing beforehand.

4. Intellectual property

All text, images, films, figures, illustrations and the design of this site belong to Adnan Feroz and the Adnan Feroz Group of Companies. You may share links and short quotations with attribution. Anything else requires written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and appear only to describe real engagements.

5. Acceptable use

Do not copy the site at scale, scrape personal data, attempt to break its security, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

6. No warranty, limited liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
