This policy explains how personal data is handled on adnanferoz.com, including the book page at /book. It is written to meet the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), Canada's PIPEDA and, for visitors in the EU and UK, the GDPR.

3. Who processes it
- Vercel Inc.: hosting and cookieless page analytics.
- Google LLC: Google Analytics 4 and email (Google Workspace).
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: Meta Pixel, only with marketing consent.
- LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Co.: Insight Tag, only with marketing consent.
- Stripe Payments: payments.
- CRM and email tools used by the Desk to manage enquiries and launch updates.
Data is never sold. It is shared with a partner, investor or counterparty only when you ask for an introduction or an engagement requires it.
4. International transfers
These providers may process data outside the UAE, including in the US, Canada and the EU. Transfers rely on the providers' contractual safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, and on the transfer rules of the PDPL.
5. How long it is kept
- Enquiries that do not become engagements: up to 24 months.
- Engagement and invoicing records: as long as UAE commercial and tax law requires, normally 5 to 7 years.
- Book updates: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics: 14 months in GA4.
- Your cookie choice: 12 months.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data. You can object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before it. Email ceo@adnanferoz.com and you will get a reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or your local EU or UK authority.
7. Cookies
See the Cookie Policy. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings. The site honours the Global Privacy Control signal as a refusal.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it.
9. Children
This site is for business professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.
